• A friend recently gave us this beautiful kitchen towel. I’d forgotten about this brand of beautiful simple wovens, and I’m so happy to be reintroduced to it.

• John makes playlists regularly, and I’m always obsessed with them. His latest one includes this song that I can’t stop listening to.

It’s so fresh in my mind how special it felt to buy school supplies for the big year ahead. I can’t imagine if my options had been these gorgeous colored notebooks, pencils that are just a little thicker, and these clean organizing pads to keep all your to-dos straight week to week. 

• I constantly tell myself I’m going to make more smoothies in the morning to get more vegetables in my kids. After watching India suck down a very green smoothie at the beach last weekend, I’m recommitting. I made Deliciously Ella’s Easiest Breakfast Smoothie (the version in her book doesn’t even have either seed) for India + Major yesterday. They both couldn’t drink it fast enough and were asking for more (Major grunting for more). I’m definitely going to increase how often I do this with SICK season approaching !
