To Initiate a Return

We hope you love your Lewis purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to take back products that are unwashed, in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. You can begin the process and print your return label here. Select the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipments. Once we receive your items, we will issue a refund, minus the $10 cost of your standard shipping label. We are unable to provide return labels for items ordered through Facebook and Instagram, so these items must be shipped independently if you would like to initiate a return. All sale items, wallpaper, and art prints are final sale and returns will not be accepted.

To Initiate an Exchange

If you'd like to exchange an item for something else on our site, head here to print out a return label. Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping items during an exchange. Select the item(s) you'd like to send back, and "Exchange" as the reason for return. Once the item is received, we will reach out with your store credit, minus the $10 cost of your standard shipping label, which can be used toward your desired item, based on product availability. We are unable to provide return labels for items ordered through Facebook and Instagram, so these items must be shipped independently if you would like to initiate an exchange. Gifted items can be exchanged for store credit, but not returned for cash value.

Shipping + Order Processing

Ground and 2-Day Lewis orders ship via UPS within 1-2 business days. If you have a special request, please email us at hello@lewisishome.com and we'll try to help. Orders over $150 ship free*!

*All framed art prints ship within 2-4 weeks with a flat rate shipping fee of $25. This rate covers the cartonization and weight of a delicate item. Unframed art prints ship within ~2 weeks with a flat rate shipping fee of $12, shipped in professional art tubes.

*Wallpaper panels are printed to order and ship within 7 business days, with a flat rate shipping fee of $20. Samples ship immediately from our warehouse, standard shipping rates apply.

International Shipping

We have preferred rates (up to 72% off retail rates) with DHL Express for International Shipping. Contact us at hello@lewisishome.com for an alternative shipping option.

Recipients of international orders are responsible for any duties and taxes required upon delivery, imposed by destination country.
