Why the name Lewis?
Lewis is named after our college town, Lewiston, Maine. It's not the picturesque Maine town you see on post cards, but it is beautiful in its own way and certainly to us.

I love your prints! Do you offer anything for adults?
Yes! We have a growing collection of gifts for grownups + a select assortment of accessories that feature some of our favorite prints. Our Zip Pouch Sets are particularly handy for keeping your bag (or stroller! Or overnight bag! Or Car!) organized. They make great gifts for mom, sister, friend, teacher. In the Fall of 2020, we added The Lewis Print Shop! Choose from a selection of our original artworks as high-quality prints.
I am in full-on nesting mode and want to get my nursery all set up, but I don’t know where to start! Do you have any tips?

What is the best gift to bring a new mom?
There are so many thoughtful things you can do for a new mom who is often underslept and very emotional! From our own line we have suggestions on our gifting guide that include our pouch sets, which are super helpful to help moms get organized. We have also rounded up new mother essentials, that we have loved receiving or having ourselves!
Why should I buy products made of organic cotton?
Because organic cotton is pesticide free, it is more environmentally friendly, and less likely to impact the farmers + their surrounding communities. The lack of pesticides helps maintain a healthier soil content by using natural fertilizers. The natural fertilizer helps build and preserve soil fertility instead of adding toxic elements. Cotton is also much more breathable than synthetic counterparts. It naturally wicks away moisture keeping your little one dry and cool as they sleep.
Does your manufacturer carry any global certification?
We work with a manufacturer that is Sedex-certified. Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (SEDEX), it is a non-profit organization that ensures responsible supply chain activities, including labour rights, health & safety, the environment and business ethics.

Lewis Print Shop: Prints + Frames
All of our prints are digitally printed on thick, 100% cotton, acid-free paper. All prints come with the option to include a White, Natural or Light Walnut frame through our partner, Simply Framed. All framed prints are mounted with a specialty floated mount which creates a beautiful relief effect.
Pricing is determined by frame selection. Please see the "Size + Frame" drop-down menu on the product page for more detailed pricing information.
Our prints + frames are made to order. Prints ship within 2 weeks. Framed prints ship within about 2-4 weeks.

Organic Cotton + Screen Printing
Our products are made from 100% organic cotton that is made exclusively for us, and our prints are screen printed, so slight variations in the fabric and printing may occur. Our cotton canvas is 100% cotton, and is not yet available in organic cotton canvas. We use organic cotton whenever possible.
Shipping + Order Processing
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. You can enter your zip code here to see approximately how long it will take to arrive. Lewis orders over $100 ship free*! If you are interested in upgrading your shipping, please email us at hello@lewisishome.com for details.
*All framed art prints ship within 2-4 weeks with a flat rate shipping fee of $20. Unframed art prints ship within ~2 weeks with a flat rate shipping fee of $10.
*Wallpaper panels are printed to order and ship within 7 business days, with a flat rate shipping fee of $20. Samples ship immediately from our warehouse, standard shipping rates apply.
International Shipping
We have preferred rates (up to 72% off retail rates) with DHL Express for International Shipping. Contact us at hello@lewisishome.com for an alternative shipping option.
Return + Exchange Policy
We hope you love your Lewis purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to take back products that are unwashed, in their original packaging. Please find detailed instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange, here. Art prints, wallpaper, and all sale items are final sale.
