A rundown of what we’re doing, watching, reading, coveting.
Now every other Thursday. All linked here.

  • One of the best surprises on TV last year was the Anderson Cooper / Andy Cohen NYE special on CNN. They both got sloshed, and it was hilarious. (The perfect ending to 2020!) Can’t wait to do it all over again.

  • I love artist-brand collaborations so much, so I was thrilled to see the Matt Leines collection for the outdoor lifestyle brand RVCA. His black + white portraits look amazing on this shirt. I’m asking for this cute + fierce sweater for Christmas. I love the idea of mixing it with a more fem shirt or skirt. Brava Matt Leines x RVCA!

  • Over the winter break from school, I like having some craft supplies at the ready. Our current go-tos are pony beads and letter beads for necklace and bracelet making, but also for pipe cleaner candy canes and ornaments, which are great for younger kids. Potholder loom is a great one for my two older kids to keep their hands busy and get creative with different patterns and colors. I love the loop colors from Purl Soho here. And perler beads are one we have come back to many times over the years. You can google designs based on the pegboard shape you have and their interests. (This kit comes with three - two square, one circle.) There are so many cute designs out there–you’re sure to find some your kids will love!

  • In case you have a somewhat unsavory-at-times child, too, and also needed to hear this–Here you go. Happy Holidays! :)

    • A new podcast discovery, that as a lover of Reality TV, I’m thoroughly enjoying!

    • Our XL pouches are such great gifts on their own,  but I love using them as a gift “container” as well… I’m having trouble remembering how to group smaller presents without them !! (PS. If you don't want to do the work of stuffing it we have ONE gift set left!).

    • We had a cookie decorating party for India’s 5th Birthday this past weekend, and it's so much fun to see everyone’s creations. When it comes to decorating, there really is no better topping than candy eyes ! They animate everything.

    • Ordering a stack of these, because I keep finding myself empty handed on the way to friends’ houses
